Affirmations and Gratitude

Two important keys to success are affirmations and gratitude. An affirmation is a declaration over the change you are seeking in your life. Declaring what you want in an affirmative manner works like a prayer, a clear set intention for your future. Repeating your affirmations allows the change you are seeking to be implanted into the subconscious mind. Your mental faculty of Will supports your capacity to focus and apply discipline to your affirmations. Repetition requires will power, commitment and dedication which will lead to results. Gratitude is taking inventory of all that you have accomplished thus far, being appreciative for all your successes and even failures along the way. Failures are important to be grateful for, because it teaches you what not to do going forward. Combined as a daily practice, affirmations and gratitude can quickly yield life changing results.
